I am Julia Duthie, I have worked as an independent midwife in the South West since 1990. I am based in Devon and occasionally work in Somerset, Dorset and Cornwall.

Birth is my greatest passion, and the healing and transformation of birth into a beautiful, empowering, sacred event for everyone present, including your baby, is my deepest wish.

My Mission

	My mission is to make a transformative difference to the birthing of babies and the birth of empowered parents. I want to welcome babies as the conscious, powerful, amazing beings that they are and support them to feel heard and included throughout their birth journey. I want to support parents to make the choices that they know in their hearts are the right ones for them and their baby. My wish is that by doing my part in the healing of birth, I am sowing the seeds of healing our planet.
